Kronz LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://kronz.xyz (the "Site") and develops and distributes a range of software products, including web applications, mobile applications (such as for iOS and Android), and desktop applications (such as for macOS, Windows, and Linux) (collectively, the "Apps," and together with the Site, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use any of our Services, however and wherever you access them.
Some Apps may come with a supplemental privacy notice or in-app disclosure describing practices specific to that App. Where it does, that notice applies together with this Privacy Policy, and controls if the two conflict.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at hello@kronz.xyz.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically when you use our Services, and information we may receive from third parties. Not every App collects every type of information listed below; what is collected depends on the App, the platform you use it on, and the features you choose to use.
Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you create an account with one of our Apps, we may collect your name, email address, username, password, and other information you provide.
- User Content: We collect the content you create, upload, share, or post through our Services, such as text, photos, files, comments, messages, and other materials.
- Purchase Information: If you make a purchase or subscribe, we receive transaction details (such as the product, price, and date). Payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment processor; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about your activity on our Services, such as which features you use, how often you use them, and your interactions with other users.
- Device and Browser Information: We collect information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including hardware model, operating system and version, browser type and version, App version, language and time zone settings, IP address, unique device or installation identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Diagnostic Data: Our Apps may collect crash reports, error logs, and performance data to help us identify and fix problems.
- Location Information: We may infer your approximate location from your IP address. With your consent, some Apps may collect the precise location of your device. You can turn this off at any time through your device or browser settings.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: On the Site and in our web Apps, we use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. Our mobile and desktop Apps may use comparable technologies, such as software development kits (SDKs) and device identifiers. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some parts of the Services may not function properly without them.
Information Stored on Your Device
Some Apps, particularly desktop and mobile Apps, store data locally on your device (for example, settings, caches, or files you work with). Data that stays on your device is not sent to us unless a feature you use requires it (such as cloud sync or backup) or you choose to share it with us (such as attaching a log to a support request).
Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as sign-in providers (for example, Apple, Google, or Microsoft), app stores, payment processors, analytics and advertising partners, and social media platforms, if you choose to link or connect them to our Services.
Device Permissions
Some Apps may ask for permission to access features of your device, such as your camera, microphone, photos, files, contacts, notifications, or location. We only request access needed for the features you use, and you can change these permissions at any time in your device, operating system, or browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
- To deliver updates, sync your data across devices, and keep the Apps working on each platform.
- To improve, personalize, and expand our Services.
- To understand and analyze how you use our Services, and to diagnose crashes and technical issues.
- To develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
- To communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the Services, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
- To show advertising in some of our Apps.
- To process your transactions and manage subscriptions.
- To find and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Service, or other legal rights.
3. Advertising
Some of our Apps are supported by advertising. We work with third-party advertising networks and partners that may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (for example, Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID), IP address, and information about your interactions with ads, in order to serve, measure, and improve ads, which may include personalized ads.
You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings. On iOS, we will ask for your permission before tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, cloud storage, data analysis, crash reporting, payment processing, and customer service.
- With Platform and Advertising Partners: We may share information with app store and platform providers (such as Apple, Google, and Microsoft) as needed to distribute the Apps and process purchases, and with advertising partners as described in the Advertising section above.
- For Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- With Your Consent: We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe it's necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to protect our rights or property, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, and to protect against legal liability.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our Apps may be distributed through and run on third-party platforms, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, web browsers, and operating systems. These platforms may collect information about you independently of us, under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices and encourage you to review their policies.
6. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Uninstalling an App removes data stored locally by that App but does not by itself delete your account or data held on our servers; to request deletion, contact us as described below or use the in-app deletion option where available.
7. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
- The right of rectification.
- The right to object.
- The right of restriction.
- The right to data portability.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain data protection rights under the GDPR and related laws. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA or that state's law.
8. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may operate in other countries. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
9. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are also responsible for keeping your devices secure and your Apps up to date.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
11. Links to Other Websites
Our Services may contain links to other websites and services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date, and, where appropriate, through the Apps. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
